MY OFFERINGS *Massage* Touch is a powerful form of healing that can activate the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. I have trained extensively in various massage techniques at renowned institutions such as the London School of Massage, Elemental Massage School, Gateway Workshop, School of Natural Therapies, and NLSSM (North London school of Sport Massage). *Facial Treatment* In line with my holistic approach to well being, I pursued training in facial beauty and skincare at the ROY Cochrane Beauty Aesthetics Academy in London. *Yoga* My journey with Yoga began in India in 2014, where I experienced profound changed in both my body and mind after few lessons. This sparked my strong belief in making yoga accessible to everyone. I trayned with Special Yoga in London, focusing on Yoga for individual with special needs. Driven by a desire to deepen my understand of this ancient discipline, I completed a 200h Teacher Training with Holistic Network Florence, Italy. Additionally, I pursued specialized training in Pre/Post Natal Yoga with Lucia Sceglie, Pre/post Natal Yoga and Mum& Baby with Sally Park in London. I have partecipate in workshop with well know teachers such Dharma Mittra and David Swenson.
